About the business
Burson Auto Partsis one of the largest suppliers of automotive aftermarket parts in Australia and are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join the Devonport team. This is an outstanding opportunity assisting the store manager in managing daily business operations, with the opportunity for career advancement.
About the role
This is a full time, permanent position and is available for an immediate start. Applicants are required to have demonstrated experience in automotive aftermarket sales, have excellent communication and teamwork skills, neat presentation and high level customer service. Applicants should have a strong desire to pursue a career in management within the trade and retail networks.
The role's responsibilities and duties will include:
· Daily banking requirements, including debtor control
· Inventory management
· Understanding and management of budgets for store operations and leading staff
· Implement and adhere to all company policies and procedures
