About the Role:
Tile Wizards are looking for a confident motivated, and experienced sales/store manager to join our frontline team. You must be pro-active in areas of business growth and team building. As a frontline manager you are directly responsible for leading your store and team to success. A high level of communication skills are vital to maintain quality customer service and team relationships. A Tile Wizards manager needs to be honest and reliable and have a drive to succeed. You will be provided with support from senior management to ensure that you and your team gets the right training and professional development to create a successful team. Salaries and incentives are based on experience.
Tile Wizards Managers are required to:
- Ability to develop business.
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
- Assign employees tasks fairly.
- Supervise employees ensuring personal sales targets are achieved.
- Achieve monthly store budgets.
- Liaise with group manager.
- Provide a total Flooring sales experience including technical expertise and quality advice to all customers.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven sales background, closing sales with confidence.
- High level of interpersonal and technical sales skills.
- Intermediate level of computer skills.
- Ability to provide customer service & product knowledge training to sales staff.
- Ability to comply with company policies & procedures for the general running of the store.
- Ability to use group marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales.
- Able to manage stock on hand and orders.
- An understanding of Workplace Health and Safety.
- A forklift licences is highly desirable.
