The key leader role is a vital part of the Energetiks community, ensuring exceptional level of customer-centric service on the retail floor by training, coaching and working closely with Dancewear Consultants to deliver an amazing customer experience.
Under the supervision of the Store Manager and the Assistant Store Manager, the position supports day-to-day leadership and key areas of store operations, such as capabilities at point of sale, customer service processes, and motivating the team to succeed with individual and store goals. The key leader is an advocate for our core values, maintaining a high standard within the team.
The successful candidate will be required to work Full-Time hours between Moorabbin and Fountain Gate store locations and will have the following attributes:
- A dance background and love of dance
- Must be available Saturdays
- leadership experience
- Flexibility to work at both Moorabbin and Fountain Gate stores
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive, vibrant and high-spirited approach
- Strong leadership skills and work ethic
- Adaptable to change
