Our Assistant Manager will maintain a strong attention to detail, adhering to all company policies and procedures to ensure profitable and compliant operations. Experience
- 2 years retail sales experience
- A minimum of 1 year retail management experience – 2IC level or above
- Ability to confidently lead, motivate and engage your team of Boutique Stylist's daily
- A genuine love and understanding of fashion and a enthusiasm for our brand
- Proven experience and success in coaching and developing teams and individuals
- Proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and budgets
- Flexibility to work weekends and late trading hours according to business needs / peak trade periods
