Sales & Customer Service Representative
Our family owned, and operated company is looking to recruit an experienced sales and customer service representative. We have operated in the leisure industry for well over 30 years. we are looking for someone who can care for our customers while remaining focused on the business in which they are employed.

What you will be doing:
- Support the general running of the retail store
- Support the service team where required
- Contribute to a safe work place
- Maintain high level store presentation
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions
- Solution based selling
- Maintain customer records
- Preparation and pricing of stock orders
- Service scheduling
- Outbound calling to follow up customer queries
- Preparation quotes
- Resolves product or service problems
- Contribute to a team to get the job done
You will work a rotating Saturday roster.
Who we are looking for:
High level of Sales and Customer service experience.
Good Listening and attention to detail
Capable of reviewing and developing new systems and processes to encourage performance
Sound knowledge in water chemistry would be an advantage
Highly organised
Experience with MYOB retail POS would be an advantage
Developed Problem solving skills
Motivated and a positive attitude
Well presented, Good communicator and reliable.
Computer literate with a sound understanding in various information technologies – Word, Exel and Power Point,
