We have been retained by one of Australia’s leading property groups to source a rare individual to help establish and drive a NEW MARKET in which our client is a TRAILBLAZER. High quality Apartments which offer a wide variety of professionally managed services for lease - this brand new concept is known as “build to rent” in Australia. Location: Head Office location, Melbourne CBD. The role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney. 

 

A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY has been created for a Customer Experience Director to assume responsibility in multiple cities for:- Brand establishment; Culture definition and implementation; Customer Experience; Customer research/ definition and devising marketing strategies to reach and attract them; and digitalisation of the entire operating platform for this cutting-edge concept. This position reports to the Head of Residential and will work with Design, Development, Construction and Project Managers.

Ideal candidates will have the following profile:-

•  A tertiary qualification in Interior Architecture, Marketing, The Classics, Hospitality (a post graduate business qualification would be well regarded)

•  At least 8 to 10 years’ experience possibly derived in:- hospitality, resort design, special new-age events or festivals, marketing, retail, digital or advertising

•  Possess a solid understanding of marketing; customer identification and commercial reality

•  Possess excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills

•  Technologically savvy with awareness of latest consumer trends

•  Comfortable with rapid change; experimenting; moving on quickly from  occasional failed ideas; flat non-bureaucratic structure and minimal direction

•  Other qualities sought:- passion for the concept; energetic; strong interpersonal skills; ability and agility to think ‘outside the square’; and diligence in delivering results

 •  The role will involve a significant amount of travel
