The Role:

We're seeking an energetic Retail Manager to join the leadership team of this busy Bairnsdale store.

This is a hands on, fast paced and physically demanding leadership role, you'll be on your feet leading a team of 10, high customer flow and huge volumes of stock will be coming your way daily!
Supporting the Assistant and Store Manager, you'll be responsible for:

Leading, coaching and developing your team
Managing store KPIs Targets and Budgets
Driving exceptional customer service
Inventory ordering, replenishment, controls
Leading a safety culture

Skills & Experience

3-5 years hands on leadership, hospitality/retail
KPI/Target focused - demonstrated success in achieving goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic approach
Motivated and motivational leadership
