Rachel Gilbert is a leading Australian fashion brand stocked in David Jones, Harrods, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Saks 5th Avenue along with many independent boutiques around the world and our flagship boutiques in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to take the next step in their career and embrace a challenging and incredibly rewarding role with a high end Australian fashion brand.
We are looking for applicants with a love of fashion and a strong desire to further their experience in the Australian Fashion Industry.
Working between head office and our Sydney boutique, you will also oversee 2 interstate stores.
Positivity, motivation and energy are all key qualities that applicants must embody, not to mention an understanding of key fashion trends and an innate eye for style.
You must have the following;
- Strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication
- Recruitment and training skills
- Previous multi-site management and responsibility of 4+ stores in a fashion apparel environment
- Your customer service ethic will be unquestionable and your ability to successfully train this with your teams will be proven
- Strong coaching and development abilities with a lead from the front mentoring approach
- Confidence delivering a first class service at all times to all customers
- Developed understanding of Retail KPI's and the ability to train and build the strength of your managers using them as an industry tool
- You will have strong organisational skills be able to prioritise
