THE OPPORTUNITY
Timezone is seeking a motivated store manager who has:
- A hands-on approach to leadership,
- Great people management skills,
- Fresh ideas for business growth, and
- A customer -centric approach where FUN is the watch word
You will lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service, maximise profitability, maintain impeccable standards for the venue, manage the attraction and prize displays, do all the planning, admin and operational management required for reporting, financial, legal, HR and safety requirements.
The successful applicant must be available to work on weekends and during the busiest retail times such as school holidays.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Proven management experience in an attraction, bowling centre, hospitality or retail background
- Team leadership experience.
- Ability to promote and encourage a FUN team culture.
- A FUN and positive attitude and the ability to interact with all ages and cultures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively without direct supervision
- And can have FUN at work!
- Technical knowledge to troubleshoot and fix basic machine issues will be highly regarded but not essential.
