About the role

1. Digital Marketing ~50% of your time

• Manage traffic acquisition on Google Adwords, Facebook and Instagram 
• Manage SEO

2. Market Places, Pricing and Innovation ~30% of your time

• Manage relationships with AMAZON and EBAY
• Define pricing strategy based on competitive environment and AG strategy 
• Lead innovation
• Potential development of the business in another country

3. Customer Relationship Management ~10% of your time in peak season

• Provide strategic recommendations to improve Customer Service | People, System and Process
• Help in customer service in peak season
• Manage loyalty program

4. Website optimisation USEX ~10% of your time

• Work in hand to hand with our IT team to improve customer experience on website
• Optimise graphic design

Benefits and perks

Annual salary $60k to $80k + super + annual discretionnary bonus

Skills and experience

• Leadership skills
• Energetic candidate with high self-motivation and interest in e-commerce and digital marketing
• Entrepreneurship spirit, curious, autonomous and eager to learn
• 3 years+ experience in e-commerce with focus on B2C
• Solid experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, SEO
• Exposure to e-commerce website wordpress/woocommerce
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, in particular with Excel
• Australian working rights
