Due to an opportunity opening up in the Support Office based in Baulkham Hills, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Consultant to join the team.

 

As an ECCO Brand Ambassador, you will play an integral role in providing first contact resolution and support for both current and potential ECCO consumers for the e-commerce Team.

 

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Responding and managing incoming E-Commerce/general calls and emails
  • Support customers with queries relating to online searches and product information
  • Releasing e-commerce orders in a timely manner
  • Processing daily returns
  • General administration duties supporting Customer Service and E-Commerce

 

The successful applicant will have:

  • Experience in a similar customer service environment
  • Exceptional phone manner and conflict resolution skills
  • Retail operations experience would be highly regarded
  • Solid and efficient MS Office skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong administration and co-ordination skills
  • A passion to provide our customer a ‘first class’ customer service experience
