- This is a permanent, full time role 4 - 5 days.
Are you a sales superstar or customer relations expert? Then, this is an amazing opportunity to join our dream team. We are Australia's only Moissanite store. We create spectacular fine jewellery pieces mostly for the bridal market. You will be someone who loves to work in sales and help customers achieve their goals. Jewellery experience is not necessary as we will fully train you in product knowledge. You will join our team of super sales stars – who are very friendly and an awesome group of women who empower each other. You will understand that luxury sales, requires nurturing of the clients, attention to detail and being passionate and knowledgeable about the product. You will also be fluent in English and be able to write well and clearly, as a significant part of our sale process is via email. You are fast and efficient with computer work and follow systems well to ensure the store runs smoothly. Being a small business there are other duties where you will be happy to assist with.
In a previous life, you might have been a sales superstar, an account manager, or in PR or marketing. You probably like nice things like we do, so dealing with jewels all day, will be a dream.

It will also be fabulous having a permanent full time job. Our team members are highly valued. Because you are an Australian citizen or have permanent residency, then this long-term role works well for you. We start at 9.30am and finish at 6.15pm. On Thursdays we finish at 8.15pm. You will be fully available for 5 days on a 7 day rotating roster. Our location is in the QVB above Town Hall station and York St Buses. When you go home at night, you do not need to think about work. All your work will be done in the store, that means the evenings and days off, will be strictly for play!
