About The Role
As the Store Manager you are in charge of the general operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly, cleanly and meets budgets. You will be required to create and maintain goals, coordinate with and report to senior management within the company. You will be required to keep your team motivated and successful. A successful Store Manager is a good team leader who leads by example.
Skills & Experience
- 2 Years Fashion Retail Management experience
- Success in driving sales and training staff
- Innovative and adaptable mindset
- Strong Leadership and Communication skills
- Understanding of KPI’s and Business Acumen
- Thrive on a fast paced environment and love being challenged
- Enjoy inspiring your team and getting the most out of your staff
- Pride yourself on success
