About the role

An exciting opportunity exists within the Supply and Operations division for a new role, the Procurement Business Partner. Reporting directly to the Strategic Procurement Manager, the role will be responsible for providing strategic lifecycle procurement advice and support to lines of business within 7-Eleven.  The key focus for this role will be around support for Facilities Maintenance and Construction supplier expenditure.

Duties

  • Identify strategies and implement supplier and stakeholder based initiatives that drive financial benefits and higher levels of stakeholder satisfaction in line with 7-Eleven’s strategic objectives
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop and deliver an evolving three year Program of Work, supporting the business area to achieve its strategic objectives
  • Lead and manage the establishment and development of supplier contracts and relationships
  • Assist stakeholders with the provision of key supplier performance information including SLAs, benefits tracking, and other contract deliverables
  • Ensure appropriate risk strategies are in place and managed
  • Development and project management of strategic sourcing solutions and supply chain opportunities in collaboration with key business stakeholders
  • Development and implementation of supplier/vendor Balanced Scorecards

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years Procurement background involving successful delivery of initiatives within a complex environment
  • Project and change management experience including the ability to navigate and influence in a complex environment
  • Experience in leading cross functional teams in a complex environment   
  • Self-driven, highly curious and energised by the ability to drive change
