THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for the next crop of superstars to join our teams. Positions available range from FT to PT Management Roles as well as Casual positions with the ability to progress within the business.
The role does require flexible availability across public holidays, nights and weekends.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a high level of Merchandising within the store always.
- Providing the best customer experience.
- Working to KPI's and Targets.
- Reporting to Store Management Team, follow all instructions given.
ABOUT YOU
This role would be best filled by a vibrant, enthusiastic individual who has a passion for customers and service.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Have demonstrated personal KPI success.
- Have a strong focus on customer service.
- High level of self-motivation.
- Ability to coach and drive teams to KPI and sales success.
- Outstanding administration and procedural compliance.
- Strong merchandising skills.
- Fun and energetic personality.
- Positive, can do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing amazing customer service and leading through best practices.
The following would be advantageous (but not compulsory):
- 2+ Years retail or hospitality experience.
