We currently have a new store opening at Coomera and there is an opportunity for Store Managers or Assistant Store Managers to join the new team!!
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who have previous store management or supervisory experience. You will be able to demonstrate initiative by driving, achieving and exceeding sales and targets.You will need a high performer in customer service and passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our valued customers alongside an honest down to earth sense of humour.
Essentially this position will involve:
- Undertaking operational management activities to maintain effective store operations.
- Maintaining an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
- Meeting and achieving store sales, budgets and KPIS.
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards by working alongside the VM team.
- Leading, coaching and developing the existing team.
- Overseeing effective inventory practices and minimising store shrinkage.
