Professional national big box retailer with solid brand equity and a very loyal customer following is looking for a retail regional manager to support it's retail network across WA. This is a complex business that requires a financially astute, people leader to drive business growth across your store network. This is a unique opportunity for a successful multi site retailer to apply their skills to a fast paced retail business doing things a bit differently from the others.

A proven track record in retail multi site management is paramount to your success. You must have retail experience; Big Box, Area, State or Regional level preferred. Dynamic interpersonal skills to facilitate effective team leadership, complimented by commercial acumen and well developed financial understanding. The confidence to present to the executive team and to deliver results.

Dependant on experience, a generous salary package of $110-120K + super + $20K car allowance + bonus + company benefits is on offer.
