We are now seeking an exceptional leader for the position of concession Store Manager at Sydney CBD location. The ideal candidate will be a true retail professional with strong relationship building skills and the ability to lead, motivate and drive an experienced sales team to deliver the highest levels of customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- High personal standards and a strong knowledge and passion for premium fashion brands
- Experience in driving sales and motivating high performing teams to achieve great results
- Exceptional customer service skills and previous track record in exceeding store budgets/KPI's
- Experience in operations and stock management
- Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a team
- Recruitment and training skills
- Ability to lead from the front
