FEMALE FASHION BOUTIQUE in south eastern suburbs seeking a passionate, organised and experienced sales assistant - with a view to becoming manager - to work in our high end store featuring beautiful Australian designers.
The role will oversee all facets of the business including:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Opening/closing store
- Create and optimise rosters
- Managing stock
- Assisting with buying
- Merchandising store
- Maintaining store's social media accounts
- Maintaining the business's online store
What we're looking for:
- Previous retail experience within the fashion industry
- Effective time management and organisational skills, with proven capacity to multi task.
- High levels of positive energy, drive and motivation, with a desire to build the success of the store
- Ability to take initiative, and be proactive with ideas to enhance brand awareness and sales.
- Outstanding sales skills with a track record of achieving excellent sales results
- Strong customer service orientation, with genuine enthusiasm for the retail environment.
- Immaculate presentation, with a flair for styling and a passion for high end fashion
