The ideal candidate will be an outgoing and motivated individual who enjoys driving business, seeking out opportunities and achieving results. Previous experience as an Account Manager or Recruitment consultant would be highly regarded, but we would also be open to candidates with demonstrated fashion, sales or executive retail industry experience, looking to make a career change.
With every day full of exciting challenges, here is a snapshot of what you'll be doing…
- Researching, investigating and developing prospective business
- Matching candidate skills and cultural suitability to client vacancies and company culture
- Candidate sourcing, interviewing and presentation to clients
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Salary / contract negotiation
- Advising and consulting to both clients and candidates regarding market trends
- Researching and keeping up to date on industry changes
And here is what we need from you…
- Demonstrated experience in either recruitment or sales.
- An understanding of the positions specific to fashion, manufacturing, retail or beauty industry is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to work well within a close knit team, while still maintaining your own desk.
- A great work ethic, the ability to think outside the square and great relationship building skills
