The Role
You will be in charge of delivering excellent customer service across assigned departments, whilst managing team members and helping to generate sales and support business values.
- Provide customers with an excellent in store experience
- A key role in the development and coaching of your team
- Supporting your team members by installing the core business values
- Staff yearly appraisals and meetings
- Diary management of team members in regards to rostering
- Handling of cash and reconciliation processes
- Maintain exception levels of presentation throughout the store
- Taking accountability for the health and safety of the work place, by marinating a safe working environment
- Making sure you are meeting customer demands in being up to date on seasonal merchandise
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Generate sales and achieve company goals
- Supporting your team members by installing the core business values
- Staff yearly appraisals and meetings
- Rotating roster, flexible shifts Monday - Sunday
The Ideal Candidate
An experience retail and customer service specialist with a keen interest in fashion.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a Retail position or Hard Goods
- 1-2 years’ experience in a managerial role
- Excellent communication skills
- A quick thinker and decision maker
- A team player with the ability to lead
- Customer service experience is a must
- Ability to motivate people
- Motivated to work to KPI’s to achieve sales and meet targets
- Energetic and passionate about the customer experience
- A people person able to coach and motivate others
- Takes accountability
- Experience in overseeing operations
