About the role
Betta Home Living Geelong has a great opportunity for an Experienced Store Manager, with a strong capability to support growth within the business and prior experience in retail.
This is a perfect opportunity for a candidate wanting to buy into the business and make it their own.
The role is designed to lead and control the direction of the store and own the success and development of a valued team in the following areas:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Professional development of the team to build industry-leading product knowledge
- Management and coordination of the operational requirements to ensure standards of excellence
- Interpreting client needs and assisting the team to build selling and service skills
- Creation of a corporate culture of quality and commitment to service standards
- Routine reviewing of team performance and provision of feedback to build ownership
- Managing the achievement of sales and profit targets and reporting on projected results
Skills & Requirements
- Must have: Industry experience (Electric kitchen, small appliance, white goods)
- Prior experience as a manager
- Development of quality and the highly engaging team must be your passion
- Deadline driven and ability to multi-task projects in a rapid change environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to consistency in standards
- Ability to think on your feet and find creative and engaging solutions for the business
- Ability to work autonomously and coordinate the delivery of outcomes through others
- Capacity to liaise with a diverse range of customers and team members

The Geelong store is own by bcc group which is a well-established business in retail, IT and property developer and been in operation for the last 22 Years. Current Bcc group is building tallest apartment residential building in Geelong -----The Mercer.
