About the Role
A highly sought after opportunity has arisen for a RETAIL STORE MANAGER to join their ALICE SPRINGS store.
As a Retail Store Manager you will be expected to present well and have a strong sales and management background in fashion retail. You will be overseeing a top performing, busy store with a great team.
Skills & Experience Required
- A proven track record of retail Retail Management experience in fashion retail
- A lead by example style of leadership and ability to work as a part of a team
- The ability to fulfill such duties as cash handling, inventory control and setting rosters and visual merchandising
- Experience motivating a team to budget, KPIs and inspiring performance and talent in your team
- Visual merchandising flair and ability to think outside the box in the presentation of your store
- Strong customer service drive and ability to create a strong repeat clientele
