My exclusive Client is 100% Australian owned and operated and are expanding across Australia. We are currently seeking a strong, autonomous Store (SHOWROOM) Manager who can take on the store as if it's their own.
Bring your expertise in selling mattresses to the people of Perth. You may come from a furniture background, bedding, or large ticket items but your success in this role will be your ability to DRIVE sales and MANAGE a team.
To be successful in this role you will;
- Be highly motivated to achieve sales targets
- Have had involvement with new store opens and start ups.
- Have similar relevant experience in either a big box, large format, furniture or bedding environment.
- At least 5 years management experience of teams over 5 people.
- Be mature and have a strong work ethic with a stable work history
- Have experience working to sales targets and KPI's
- Be a strong leader and the ability to successfully motivate your team.
- Strong customer service and LOVE being on the sales floor.
- Strong admin, operations and financial management skills.
- Experience with visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
