We are currently on the lookout for a Allocation Analyst to join our Planning Team, based at our Store Support Centre in Kensington, Melbourne.

Our Customer

• Establish and maintain liaison with relevant internal departments
• Look for clever ways to keep costs low to keep prices low
• Understanding of supply chain and DC capability by processing method and overall capacity

Our Team

• Support stock allocation across a wide network of stores
• Excellent communication skills

Our Performance 

• Analyse store performance and monitor inventory levels ensuring the right stock is in the right stores at the right time
• Prepare detailed reports and provide accurate analysis
• Review and monitor replenishment lines and their performance
• Allocation of event and catalogue stock, ensuring minimums and maximums are allocated

Qualifications, Key Skills and Attributes:

• Advanced computer skills - particularly with Excel
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Understanding merchandise planning, buying and inventory management
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills
• Ability to collate and manipulate data into reports
• Understanding of retail industry
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• High attention to detail
