To support our client – Telstra, to deliver a brilliant connected future for their customers we are seeking a talented person in Melbourne to join our Dynamic Sales and Systems Training team.

The role

• Provide Sales and Systems Training to Stores within your assigned area. This will be facilitated through group sessions, side by side training in store and online
• Monitor the progress of those trained and continue to upskill as needed
• Provide training feedback through the online reporting system
• Actively engage with Team Leaders to identify training requirements within stores
• Assist Senior Trainer with content creation as required
• Successful candidates will be offered an attractive hourly rate of $30 per hour + vehicle and phone allowance
• Ongoing training and support provided

Your background

• Individuals with previous experience with Telstra Host Systems specifically (but not limited to) SIEBEL and RETAIL LIVE will be highly regarded and are encouraged to apply
• Experience in training groups and individuals
• Retail store experience with subscriber, telecommunications or media products
