KEY ARES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:

  • Assisting both public and trade customers who walk into our Hallam store
  • Sourcing parts we have access to from our suppliers
  • Escalating unresolved problems 
  • Meeting KPIs as set out by the business 
  • Maintaining a minimum standard on calls, which will be monitored 
  • Identifying issues and resolving with little impact to the customer 
  • Handling inbound calls for the Sales Team 
  • General administration tasks 
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Enthusiasm for high performance cars
  • Excellent personal hygine and presentation
  • Excellent telephone manner 
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of software
  • Willingness to be coached into becoming a sales solutions professional

  • You are passionate and serious about a career in customer service, I mean serious – you love it.
  • You have a desire to grow, learn and are comfortable being challenged and pushed 
  • You would like to be taught how to apply a methodical approach to customer support, identify and understand the underlying issue
  • You love training, Customer support culture and being coached on how to improve and win more customers over
  • Willing to give 100% to achieving and exceeding sales KPI's on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Someone who embraces change and sees the opportunity within it 
  • An elite communicator with a professional phone manner
