The Role

An exceptional opportunity has come up in the inner northern suburbs of Melbourne for an experienced Store Manager to lead, inspire & motivate a larger team! A beautiful store which is the perfect mix of retail & hospitality. The ideal candidate must have a love for incredible customer service & building relationships and indulge in working for a warm and humble company.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Leading by example in delivering exceptional customer service; and managing the store team to ensure consistent, outstanding customer service
• A strong focus on continuous development and improvement of self and the store team and the effective delivery of all store leadership and people management responsibilities
• Ensuring the successful running of the store and taking ultimate responsibility for ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently and achieves set targets
