Connor is rapidly expanding and is looking for a dynamic and sales focused ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER to join our team in FOUNTAIN GATE. Connor has grown its portfolio to over 145 stores nationally and has no intentions of slowing down. We are a fast paced business that is continuously adapting to keep up with the Australian retail market.
Ideally you will:

Have a minimum of 1 years management experience

Experience in managing a team of 3 – 4 team members

Have a passion for customer service

Be determined to achieve the store budget and KPI expectations

Have the ability to identify store opportunities in order to maximise sales

Have a passion for fashion and retail sales

Have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
