As the Area Manager WA, you will be responsible for driving and supporting sales performance within your geographical area by providing strong leadership to build a high performing team culture. Managing a number of company owned stores, you will help empower, lead and develop your teams whilst effectively managing the day to day and long term vision and performance of employees and the profitability of your stores.

You are an expert in understanding our products, market area, trends, opportunities and competitive activity. You will lead by example and demonstrate our core values, with a focus on customer commitment, embracing change and innovation.

You will have the ability to think both strategically and operationally, whilst successfully executing the company strategy and contributing to company growth and profitability.

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Proven experience managing high performing teams
• Multi-site retail sales experience
• Strong business knowledge and commercial acumen
• Demonstrated achievements in motivating, coaching and leading a high performing team
• Tertiary level education in business/management or related field
• Telco experience preferred

This role reports to the State Manager WA, as such you will join a growing team focused on both performance and culture.
