Rodeo Show is on the hunt for retail superstars across NSW to join our retail teams and grow with us! We have multiple positions available across various locations including Management, Full Time and Part Time roles with flexibility and casual roles. 

Responsibilities will vary across the roles however will include:

• Ensuring sales and customer service expectations are met within the store
• Reaching and exceeding individual KPI targets (sales, conversion, IPS, Avg $ sale)
• Lead, inspire and engage the high performing sales team
• Assisting senior management in all areas of day to day retail operational activities including rostering, stock management, reporting, CRM management, VM, recruitment and staff training & development
• Supporting all marketing and sales initiatives
• Being committed and representative of the Rodeo Show brand

The Requirements:

• 1+ years' experience in a management role
• Self-driven, highly motivated, results focused and commercially minded.
• Proven experience working with sales targets and exceeding customer service standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for fashion particularly the Rodeo Show brand
• Solid visual merchandising skills preferably in fashion
• The ability to  successfully lead a sales focused retail team in a fun, fast paced and dynamic environment along side your Store Manager
• Assist in leading team training sessions and store meetings
