The role:
We have an exciting new opportunity for an amazing retail sales assistant within our beautiful Menai Place store. We are looking for an individual with a flair for homewares, styling and a passion for service excellence.
To succeed in this role you will need to possess:
- A genuine approach to providing the ultimate service experience
- An ability to work in a team in a fast paced business and take on additional duties to support the management team.
- Experience in achieving and exceeding personal sales budgets and KPI's
- An ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and your team
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in a retail or sales position
You must be:
- Mature minded and a confident communicator
- Focused on customer service and enjoy a sense of fun
- Energetic and team oriented
- Flexible to work across all days of the week including weekends and a late night on a Thursday where required
