Detail information about job Client Services Co-Ordinator. Terms and conditions vacancy

I remember when I graduated and during that period of being new to the workforce. I thought I was superior, in some kind of way, and would be sought out because I had a piece of paper that I was smart, with a sizeable government debt.

I thought I wanted to work in the city, in some shiny office, in a corporate business with structure, stacks of people, in the city somewhere.

I, however, had no bloody idea what the hell I wanted to do, what I could do and very quickly floated through the next few years, all the while quickly realising that having a degree meant you knew ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Now?

What I think is important is a good culture, ability to learn, resources to develop, gaining autonomy and accountability, making an impact and being part of a business growing, with good people.

Working in the city sucks. I don’t particularly like corporate life either. It’s boring. And another thing, it’s totally ok to not know where you want your career to head and how to shape it, right now. Really.

What about this role?

There is a good mix of everything in this role, I think. A really good place to continue to develop and/or to learn new skills. It’s a tactical role, with the freedom to solve problems yourself – but with plenty of support to lean on and to learn from.

There is a commercial bias to this role – starting off with smaller, lower touch clients and spotting commercial opportunities. So, a mix of new business and existing. How do we also provide the best possible customer experience? What can we automate? What are customers saying? What insights can I bring back into the business to help shape decisions?

Who are these people, of which you speak?

A real Australian success story, really investing in eCommerce and gearing up to scale globally, very, very soon. Great exposure with very, very healthy year-on-year growth. Great people and culture too with scope to grow and, again, to learn.

You need to be someone driven by customer experience and, I don’t want to say “can-do” attitude, but I just did because I couldn’t think of an alternative. Great communication skills and the eagerness to learn. This could be the start of something awesome or the continuation of.

Sound intriguing? Sound most excellent? Excellent. Get applying, pretty please.
