Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently recruiting for Cashier/Reception Supervisor for our client in the South Eastern Suburbs.
This role is long term for the right person and is within a retail/distribution environment. We are seeking an experienced supervisor to manage cashier/reception staff on Thursday nights and weekends. You must be flexible to work more hours initially due to training requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience supervising shifts and people management. Must have intermediate computer skills and cash handling experience. You will be responsible, reliable and able to provide a police clearance. This is a fast paced environment and the ideal candidate would enjoy keeping busy. Previous experience in rostering and management of staff, reconciliation and processing store credits is essential.
Must be available immediately
Essential criteria
• Available for an immediate start
• Current WA drivers licence
• Ability to pass medical and Drug and Alcohol screen
• Able to provide a recent police clearance ( 3mths)
• Experience in a similar retail or stores environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• Cash management experience
