These roles require the ability to commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week and will be based across our department store counters.

Our Counter Managers are at the core of our business and now is your chance to take the next step in your beauty career. You will love to share your fabulous communication skills by continuously motivating your team to outstanding results and continued growth. Inspiring and supporting your diverse team within this busy environment is essential and will be key to your business’s success!
During one of your ever-changing days on counter, you will also be a leader in promoting L'Oreal Luxe's products to customers, ensuring you meet daily KPIs and targets whilst always contributing to our growing customer database.
Working relationships are key to commercial success and you will need to possess the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders so we recommend that you bring your interpersonal and networking skills to this role. This is a fast-paced role and a highly coveted opportunity; you are resilient, love time management & organising and have a great attention to detail.
In order to ensure you are successful and reach your full potential within enter brand it is desirable, but not essential that you display the following;
- Qualifications within Make-up Artistry or similar
- Strong professional experience within Make-up Artistry
- The ability to speak Mandarin language will be advantageous, however not essential
- Previous Retail Management experience is highly regarded
