My client is a giant Australian retailer who is looking for talented department managers to join their business with a opportunity to develop your skills into what ever you want to do. They are currently going through some fantastic growth and are at the cutting edge of best practice retailing.
About You:
You will be a experienced manger looking to further challenge and develop your skills. You will come from a large format retailer, but could be from a variety of different backgrounds. Previous experience in managing large teams with full accountability for your department from driving sales, controlling costs, excellent visual merchandise skills and amazing customer service skills.
You will also have the ability to develop your team through constant coaching and development.
