About the Role:
Our Merchandising team work on various retail sites and projects nationally. As a Team Leader, you are required to lead a team of 2-3 Merchandisers on site. You will be exposed to planograms, new store, stock replenishment, and refurbishment works.
Hours of work:
- Must be available for 2-3 shifts a week ( between Monday & Wednesday)
- Must be available from 5:00am – 12:00pm
Key Responsibilities and duties:
- Ensure the onsite behavior is aligned to Credos expectations
- Responsible for ensuring a smooth day to day working relationship with all project stakeholder on site e.g. Customer and suppliers
- Make sure project timelines are adhered to
- Training and mentoring new team members
What we are looking for:
- Highly motivated "can do attitude"
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Previous Team Leading experience
- Experience with planograms, relays, refurbishments or stock replenishments is not essential but desirable
- Reliable and have your own means of transportation
