Wild Cards & Gifts, Australia's leading card and gift retailer, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader/store management assistant to join our team in Knox City of gift giving experts!

The role:

• In charge of the store when the Store Manager is not present
• Supervising both front and back of house retail operations
• Lead a team to serve customers in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner, role modelling service superstardom!
• Involved in merchandising and stock rotation.

You:

• At least 6 months' supervisor/assistant manager experience in a retail environment
• Knowledge of busy retail operations with a focus on quality service;
• Warm, friendly, and outgoing personality;
• Great personal presentation;
• Flexibility with work hours;
• The desire to build a career in retail management;
• Keen to get stuck in where required!
• Experience managing stock and labour costs
• The ability to achieve targets and KPIs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
