The Roles:
The service we provide to our customers is the most important part of our business, and our Support - Workshop team play an incredibly important role in ensuring we are always providing the best quality products and service to our customers. 

For all these roles, you'll need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional attention to detail. All roles involve a very strong focus on Safety.
 
Repair Technicians
We are looking for people with a genuine passion for all things tech & gadgets to join our Support team and take on responsibilities such as:

• Testing and repairs of mobile phones, DSLRs, TVs & AV equipment, air conditioners and other electronics and appliances, and replacing parts as necessary.
• Updating warranty claim jobs in our system and liaising with the wider support team.
• Helping the team with the loading & unloading of courier vehicles, and packing/unpacking goods. 

This would be an ideal job for someone who has recently completed an Electronics certification or similar, or who has limited qualifications and experience but a great working knowledge of electronics and small appliances. 

Receiving/Dispatch Assistants
This role involves working in our Kogan.com Workshop stock management and includes responsibilities such as:

• Loading and unloading items from courier trucks & vans
• Stock and Inventory Management
• Bookkeeping and other office admin tasks 
• Liaising and driving to repair centres and partners around Melbourne, on a regular basis, to ensure returns are claimed in a timely manner

 
Workshop Assistants
Casual, entry-level roles that would be an ideal first job for someone who is flexible, organised and has exceptional attention to detail.  Our Workshop Assistants are responsible for:

• Helping with repairs, dispatch and receiving, organizing and moving inventory and keeping the warehouse clean and tidy.  
• Updating warranty claim jobs in our system and liaising with the wider support team.
• Coordinating pick and pack activities
• Data Entry- Strong knowledge of Excel preferable.
• The inherent requirements of the role involve the ability to complete repetitive lifting safely up to 25kgs.

Our Workshop is open from Monday to Friday, however, there may be some weekend and Public Holiday work involved during peak times.
