We are looking for Store Managers who are thinking beyond this role and looking at what their future could hold if they are successful here. #franchise

Responsibilities

• Ensure your store runs at an optimum level every day.
• Coach, mentor and motivate staff.
• Build a “success” culture through positive management.
• Know your numbers and what’s needed to achieve them.
• Bring fresh merchandise and engagement ideas.
• The usual rostering and day to day management.
