The job
We are looking for a person that can represent the organisation's values whilst assisting customers in the showroom and on the phone. You will be helping with enquiries, sales, quotation with some clerical duties.
Your working week is over 5 and half days and includes a great variety of duties including:
- Serving and assisting customers in the store as well as on the phone
- Quotations and sales
- Operating POS
- Keep the showroom clean and tidy
- Clerical task including data entry, filing, email correspondence, invoice checking, purchase orders and requisitions
- Inventory, stocktaking
- Merchandise display
What you need to land this job:
The ideal candidate is a person who has had experience in workwear / clothing retail sales and is able to deal with inquiries both in person and over the phone. A good level of overall understanding of a retail sales environment is needed.
- Retail sales experience (Clothing / Fashion / Trade is preferred)
- POS experience
- Computer Savvy, good knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- Clerical capabilities
