About the role
As a showroom manager you will be responsible for leading a team of 10 A-grade salespeople and designers. This role is extremely focused on sales, meaning you will be responsible for mentoring your team and ensuring they are most successful, and you will be well rewarded for your skills and experience as a proven sales manager.
Skills and experience
- Extremely results orientated
- Must be able to follow a very structured sales process
- You will have management experience with Profit & Loss and exceeding gross profit targets
- You will be fearless in your sales approach and willing to go above and beyond ensure your customers are thrilled with their experience in your business
- Excellent personal presentation with super communication skills
- Be an inspirational leader with a natural ability to coach and train your teams for success
- A clean drivers licence
