About the position:
We are seeking a Hub Manager to who can create and maintain a profitable retail chain with our three Central Coast stores.
You will bring your business knowledge along with your awesome personality to create a business that offers an excellent customer experience.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in managing a retail outlet with responsibility for merchandising, staffing, accounting, customer/supplier relations and profitability.
- Clear and effective communication skills that build trust and respect.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution.
- The ability to develop and maintain a team.
- The ability to maintain a high level of customer service.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and prioritise own and others work load.
- Cultural sensitivity and diversity awareness.
- An understanding of training and working with volunteers.
- Knowledge of shop presentation and cleanliness.
- An understanding of shop operational systems.
- Working knowledge of applied information technology.
This position is a full-time position - 38 hours per week - worked between the 7 days of store trading and across three locations (Wyong, Wyoming and Woy Woy)
The successful candidate may be required to satisfactorily undergo a pre-employment Medical Assessment (where applicable) and agree to a National Criminal History Record Check.
