As the Store Manager you will be heading up the Murray Bridge store with a strong focus on success through your leadership and management operations for the growth in the store. You will assist in being vital to inspiring and leading by example a high achieving team that is knowledgeable and provides customer service that is second-to-none.
The duties you will need to demonstrate are:
- Giving customers that unbeatable service you live and breathe
- Supervising successful and inspired teams
- Selling with a professional edge that gets results
- Going above & beyond to identify ways to further advance store
- Partnering with the Assistant Store Manager and team in achieving store KPIs
- Proactively working alongside the Assistant Store Manager to drive sales and find ways to improve efficiency and service
- Providing high standards in stock management & shrinkage
- Effective & trusted communication across team
- Using your creative side to merchandise
