We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly efficient and organised team player to join the Smiggle team as a Planning Assistant.

Reporting to the Planning Manager, your day will predominantly be focused on providing administrative support to the planning team, compiling and inputting data, and preparing standard reporting and analysis.

Working with a team of planners you will be exposed to the broader planning role; however your day to day responsibilities will predominantly focus on:

• Running and distributing daily/weekly reports for the wider team
• Assist with preparation of both in-season and post -season reports
• Managing RMS administration for promotions
• Entering markdowns into AS400
• Communicating to stores on a weekly and adhoc basis
• Ad-Hoc analysis to assist Planners/Planning Manager as required
• Producing accurate reporting and analysis in a timely manner
• EDM, POS and Catalogue sign off
• Kit Building

We are looking for someone who is excel savvy and numerically minded.  If you have demonstrated experience in stock allocation and or stock administration, and have a desire to build your skills in a role that could one day lead you in the direction of planning - then this could be the ideal role for you.
