About the role
As an assistant manager in an extremely fast paced high volume flagship store, along with the store manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 8 throughout the year and 15 over the Christmas period. You will need to motivate your team to achieve their sales and KPI goals. You will succeed in this role by giving the best possible service to every customer and creating return shoppers.
