We are looking for Part Time Sales Consultants available weekdays and/or weekends to join  our Albury Travelex Store.

Candidates needs to be available for the following shifts:

Tuesday: 10am -2pm                                            

Friday: 1pm - 5pm                                            

Saturday: 9am - 12pm

Your Part of the Deal

• This role is about putting the customer first, being ready for them, actively listening to ensure you establish your customer’s needs
• Promote our range of financial and travel products, such as Travel Money card, Phone cards, Western Union transactions
• Be able to work efficiently under pressure
• Understand current marketing campaigns and how they add value to the customer

About You

• Ideally have a min. of one year Retail experience with a sales or customer service background
• You’ll be friendly and approachable as well as having an eye for detail
• You’ll need to be good with numbers as you will be handling multiple currencies and making sure our customers receive the right amount of cash
• Ensuring our customers have a great experience is really important to us, therefore we look for people who share our passion for customer service! 
• You’ll need to be comfortable working to targets, ensuring you engage our customers to match their needs to the right offering
