THE ROLE WITH US

As a TechBar Technical Expert, you'll support our customers in becoming more proficient with their mobile devices or assist them with their technical issues.

We are looking for people who are considered the Smartphone guru amongst their friends and family. Or maybe you're great at troubleshooting those tricky technical faults with your wireless internet? We're looking for people who can simplify technical jargon, connect with our customers and help get them started with their new device.

  • Telstra Store in Southland: Shop 3055-3056 Westfield Southland 1239 Nepean Highway Cheltenham VIC 3192
  • Part-time position
  • Store Hours: Monday to Wednesday 9.00am - 5.30pm, Thursday 9.00am - 9.00pm, Friday 9.00am - 9.00pm, Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm, Sunday 10.00am - 5.00pm

WHO WE LOOK FOR

To do well in a retail career with us you'll need to be confident, knowledgeable and resilient; with a natural enthusiasm for working with people. Plus, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to trouble shoot, and identify the root cause of a technical problem. Not only for mobile phones but also computers
  • Be comfortable educating customers on products, features and technical specifications
  • Above all else a passion for mobile products and staying up to date with the latest technology
