We are looking for an exceptional multi site retail operations manager to join the vibrant senior leadership team based in Brisbane.

This company has a strong history of growth spanning over many years and do dominate the smaller format FMCG retail market worldwide. They continually strive and succeed in bring the highest standards to their consumer and operate with the highest ethical standards.

We are seeking a proven retail professional ideally with a history of Multi site management within a fast paced franchise model. It's a high energy and professional team of senior leaders that both support their portfolio of stores and each other to ensure a great team culture to work within.

Skills and experience considered for this exciting opportunity will be the following but not limited to:

• Your background would ideally include regional management within a retail franchise model with a proven ability to build strong relationships, influence, mentor and coach your region of business owners.
• You will possess a very strong financial ability to manage, analyse and be able to develop the financial acumen within your store leaders and owners, driving profit and P&L through your portfolio of retailers producing relevant reporting.
• You will have an in-depth understanding of retail operations at store level and be confident in your ability to train and influence with a sound commercial understanding.
• Have a sound understanding of OH&S legislation within Queensland along with food safety standards.
• You will be a relationship builder, have a passion in developing business skills in others, identify opportunity setting professional and personal goals for your stores.
• Your personality will be authentic, willing to challenge and be insightful in your approach, you will be a self starter, love a fast moving business pace be enthusiastic to ensure the success and growth in your teams.
