About the role
We are seeking a passionate, curious and innovative Store Manager to join the Orlebar Brown team. Reporting to the Business Owner, the Store Manager will be responsible for all aspects of retail management including retail operations, recruiting, performance management, training, coaching, driving sales and KPI’s. The successful candidate will have the drive, motivation and opportunity to expand brand awareness in a local market for an international brand

Role and responsibilities:
- Achieving sales targets, KPIs and ensuring profitability
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Accountable for window and shop floor commerciality and adhering to VM guidelines and standards
- Recruitment and development of a high performing team
- Client relationship management and the ability to nurture new and repeat clientele
- Controlling operating costs within store budgets and managing store profit plans by focusing on store sales and margin contribution
- Ensure all measures are being taken around loss prevention to protect profit and stock
- Keep up to date on new products, services & industry trends
- Report on business performance, sales, new initiatives and relevant issues
- Manage escalations from customers (feedback, complaints)
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this exciting career opportunity you must be able to deliver on the below,
- A confident Store Manager with strong retail fashion experience or an Assistant Manager who is ready to take on a bigger challenge
- Energetic, passionate and extremely client focused
- Strong time management skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Proven retail management experience
- Polished, with a strong interest in fashion and in particular with luxury, premium brands
